Compost

 The compost heap has broken down well.  I'm going to mix back some of the larger twigs and sticks.

As our focus is soil improvement this year I am going to be more careful with the composting and make sure that things are in smaller pieces.  I'm also going to layer with larma poo and with cardboard and brown paper.

I haven't posted for a long time as I have had a major project, other than seed planting and getting the allotment ready for this year, of writing a website.  This has taken a lot of my time but now the backbone is in place I can add information a bit at a time.

Except for today which has been the second sunny day in a row and the house martins are flying in front of the window so I'm watching the air show.
