Marrow wine

Finally the marrow wine decided to ferment now almost two bubbles a second! Courgette and sultana ready to rack, blackberry slowed and newest the rhubarb working well.

End of August

Still picking every other day. Thinned turnip seedlings today. Salad for lunch turnip thinnings, sorrel, mallow, nasturtium leaves, nasturtium and borage flowers.

Courgette harvest before we go away for 4 days. I think I will start to trade courgettes for coffee at work.
